This book is designed to help teachers turn typical lessons into memorable student experiences. Each chapter covers different lesson components and how they can be adapted to become experiences in the classroom. Each chapter also has a food parallel to it and at the end of each chapter is a personal recipe of Gabriel’s for that dish.
